Your responsibilities:

• New Business Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities in the field of time-critical logistics, particularly focusing on onboard courier shipments.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in North America, aiming for long-term partnerships.
• Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Operations, Customer Service, and Management to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.

What you need to convince us:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• In-depth understanding of the North American market, including relevant industries and competitive landscape.
• Knowledge of OBC/handcarry shipments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both english and spanish.
• Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven individual with a hands-on mentality.
• Existing network within the logistics/transport sector is an advantage.
