Your responsibilities:
- Supporting operational processes from order inquiry to quotation preparation and execution
- 100% operational Support
- Communication with all parties involved. You are the first point of contact for all questions relating to current orders
- Shipment tracking: Proactively track shipments to ensure timely delivery and quickly address and resolve any challenges.
- Performing administrative tasks, including order processing, data entry and invoicing.
What you need to convince us:
- An apprenticeship in logistics or a degree in a similar field
- Ideally initial experience with time-critical logistics/onboard courier shipments.
- A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to solve problems efficiently.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and make quick, well-founded decisions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written.
- Knowledge of German is an advantage, but not essential.
- Microsoft Office or Google Workspace knowledge.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and technologies.
