Your responsibilities:
- Providing time-critical logistics solutions for our customers, specializing in Onboard Courier (OBC) shipments.
- Coordination of flight bookings, couriers and customs clearance procedures.
- Ensure seamless communication between all stakeholders, including customers, couriers and partners.
- Proactively track shipments to ensure timely delivery and quickly address and resolve any challenges.
- Close cooperation with management on special projects.
- Performing administrative tasks, including order processing, data entry and invoicing.
What you need to convince us:
- Experience as OBC-Broker.
- A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to solve problems efficiently.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and make quick, well-founded decisions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written.
- Knowledge of German is an advantage, but not essential.
- Microsoft Office or Google Workspace knowledge.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and technologies.
- An apprenticeship in logistics or a degree in a related field is an advantage.
